Klipfontein

The farm Klipfontein is situated in the Vredefort Dome between Potchefstroom and Parys.

Johan van Jaarsveld acquired the farm in 1999 and established a thriving stud breeding operation with a focus on Simbra cattle, Kalahari Red goats and Meatmaster sheep.

At the end of 2010 Johan joint forces with a long-time friend Alain Blanc who acquired 50% of the company (SA Game Breeders NW) and property.

They share a passion for Africa, wildlife and conservation. A joint decision was made to focus on rare game breeding and to restore the land to its original beauty through various rehabilitation programmes.

Grootfontein

The farm Grootfontein is situated in Limpopo, just outside Lephalale in the direction of Marken. Situated in the legendary bushveld, the farm focuses on prime breeding game: Buffalo, Sable, Golden Wildebeest, Black Impala and Nyala.

Established in 1999 as a family business it focused primarily on game hunting but soon expanded into a full-grown game-breeding farm covering a total of 3350 hectares.

Our mission is to select only the finest specimens of game and, through meticulous record keeping and management, breed animals that are exceptional in terms of horn quality, build, fertility, and survival-ability in a range of habitats.
